Individual time is spent educating the corporate traveler about jet lag, altitude sickness, and avoiding food related illness while being a guest of his or her business colleague.

We can provide computerized tracking of all the corporate travelers for the company’s human resources department, which includes reminders to travelers who need booster vaccinations. Individualized newsletters can also be provided.
- Corporate travelers are given a laminated card with medical history, medications, and last EKG to carry while they travel. Information on trip and evacuation insurance is reviewed.
- Larger groups of corporate clients who are traveling together can arrange on-site information sessions and travelers can receive their vaccinations without leaving the office.
